It is ideally located on the West Coast in St. James with access to the beach. A secluded cove, 90 meters walk to the beach for a gentle swim and a stroll along the beach to shops, restaurants and bars.

You will have long leisurely days to relax in our gardens of shrubs and tropical plants and fruit trees and inhale the scent of tropical fruits and plants.

You will have a day tour of the island, the experience of a Caribbean Cabaret dinner show or a Catamaran Lunch cruise of fun, snorkeling and swimming or a dinner cruise with dancing and live entertainment.

At the Garden Restaurant you will start your day with a wholesome breakfast and end your day with a three course dinner, either vegetarian or seafood. The home cooked cuisine is a blend of Indian and Caribbean utilizing fresh herbs, spices and natural products.

Our classes will be a mixture of Hath, Ashtanga, Shivananda and Southern India yoga. Classes will be modified to suit the new, the beginner and advanced student.

Morning classes will be at 7:30 a.m. and evening classes will be at 5:30 p.m. on the lawns of our garden. Cost per person per class is US$10 (Bds$20). Classes are open to the guests of other hotels and guest houses as well as local residents. Please call to book classes in advance.
